in the ground and posting on the
internet. We employ direct
marketing and in-person cold
calls to customers we've
identified as 'best fits' for
the property listed. This means
a postcard for a 20,000 SF
industrial property will not be
sent to a 3,000 SF office user.
Tenant Representation -
For businesses looking to lease
commercial space, having
representation requires no
out-of-pocket cost. This is
because the owner of the
property is responsible for
paying commissions.
